Friendly
Friendly, knowledgeable, and driven. This team will go all the way to find the best/most suitable solutions for the customer's needs. Tristan and Sally will also give us frequent/constant updates on how things are going on, explaining everything, which will even enlighten first time buyers. Recommended.

Friendly and Professional
Great company Sally and Tristan were really helpful steered us through a complex process of getting a loan for a house that we couldn’t get a mortgage on. Once the work was done they then arranged a mortgage for us. The whole process was made less stressful by the the friendly but professional approach. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Can not recommend highly enough
I was recommended Bardwell's by a colleague. Which I believe word of mouth to be the best and most reliable way to find a service. On speaking to Sally and Tristan. They put me immediately at ease. They did not talk financial jargon. Which was nice to hear. They were patient and understanding If you did not understand something. Happy to explain it. With all the uncertainty in the financial market. They made me feel very confident, they would and could get me the best deal out there. They got me a mortgage in principle within days. When I secured a house. Sally and Tristan were quick to get me the morgage I needed. In fact making sure I secured it before the rates went up again within hours. I can not recommend Bradwell's highly enough. Whether you are first time buyers or an experienced house buyer. Contact them in confidence.
