Hello, Yesterday I received an email from UPS saying that my package was delayed. Today I received a message that my package should be there, but this is not the case! For this reason I want a cancellation regarding my package. Hi Rene, firstly I am sorry that UPS have not delivered your parcel we currently have an investigation underway to find out what has happened with the courier. Please be assured we are are looking into this and trying to resolve as soon as possible. I am aware you have a case open that is being handled by our team in Germany who are treating this as a high priority. We have offered to replace the ink but you have advised this is not needed because you have purchased elsewhere. We really want to resolve this so please bear with us. The German team will come back to you as soon as we have an update :)

Still one of the most convenient places to buy all the tattoo equipment I need in one go, plus free next day delivery when spending a certain amount helps. The website is quite buggy however, constantly (often randomly) trying to reload the page and taking forever to do it, which makes online shopping quite stressful. Also, I received an email with 20% off eternal inks the day after I completed my order, which made me swear somewhat.

My experience was good
The products I ordered overall were good and as described. They reply to emails really quick and they pay attention to their customer's needs. The products arrived on the promised time.
The only thing is that this place doesn't have a return policy and it seems that they have a trouble in their website.
In my experience I ordered something from the original website to be delivered in France. When I contacted about an item that is soon expiring but wasn't described in the site as short dated (expiring soon) one of their customer's service agent told me that this item in the French website is short dated and that it was my fault this situation because my phone doesn't show the French site but the one in England (from which I made the order to and this item wasn't listed as short dated). That first contact had nothing to do with how they handled the issue afterwards (by another person).
I am just saying the facts and I want to highlight that they should probably fix that issue with the websites.
The matter got handled and they understood my issue and they were polite and very interested on making up for the misunderstanding. A big thanks 🙏🏽
