I couldn’t be more happy

I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service from east employee from BBQ Galore Hobart.
From my first phone call to enquire and make my purchase, to each over the phone payment, to picking up on the day each staff member was extremely lovely and kind especially during such a busy hectic time of year.

Rude staff

Rude staff. Wanted to purchase 3 Ziggys at 1550.
Told us they were packing up & closing. We do have homes to go to!
Google ad said they close at 1700! Must close early do to COVID. COVID is the excuse for all sorts of things these days!

Excellent in store customer service and support at Kotara store, Samantha was awesome.

Customer service/warranty department support was extremely unresponsive to a issue with a bbq

Only reason I didn’t take further action is because of in store support

BBQ Galore is an awesome shop whether…

BBQ Galore is an awesome shop whether it be online or in store. The website and the store are really well laid out and easy to find items. Staff at the Jindalee store are always delightful, happy to see you, greet you with a smile, professional and knowledgeable without being pushy sales people. Highly reccomend for customer service and value for money.

Helensvale BBQ Galore is brilliant.

Helensvale BBQ Galore is a store that offers one of the best range of Ziggy BBQ and accessories to match. The cooking sauces and meat rubs, along with genuine understanding of products on sale is a credit to management. Nathan at Helensvale is an incredible professional, ensuring customers get value and service, while ensuring the staff around him learn and contribute to the overall brilliant service at the store. We will return as we add to our Ziggy accessories.

online store is dumb

don't offer a proper online store service - get to checkout and it tells me because items aren't in stock at the warehouse closest to my house, i can't buy them

Click and collect at North Lakes store

Ordered something online for click and collect as a Christmas present, 5 days later received confirmation via text and email that my order was ready but when I went in store to collect I was told by staff that the item was not ready nor available, and they couldn’t even tell me when it would be available for collection (even though they refused to check my order reference number). It has now been 2 weeks since I made the purchase and I still have not received my order or any response on my email asking for a refund.
0 stars for barbeques galore North Lakes - steer clear.

Excellent Customer Service - with a smile!

We purchased an outdoor setting that we were not happy with due to functionality and quality. The Store Manager did not hesitate to exchange the setting for a different style. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their wasy to ensure that our shopping experience was a pleasant one and that we left satisfied with the outcome. You do not usually get exceptional service these days. I would definitely recommend the Hoppers Crossing store to friends for future purchases.

Got the three burner ziggy.

I replaced my older turbo BBQ with the three burner ziggy with trolley. The new ziggy has out done my expectations. The trolley was easy to assemble. The cover is also very good. Overall I am well satisfied with the ziggy.

Richmond Barbecue Galore

I was after the Jette outdoor extendable table, I rang the Richmond store, they got my details and said they would find one for me as it is a new product. They rang me back within 10 minutes and said I could have the one that was going to go on display as I needed it for Christmas lunch. They held the product for me and when I arrived they helped me greatly to secure it in my vehicle. Special thanks to Kath the rigger by trade who secured it my vehicle. Highly recommend
