We make healthy meat snacks without the BS ingredients. Born from a love of biltong, we were founded by South African expats and a couple of Aussie mates who were tired of ultra-processed "high protein" snacks loaded with junk. So we built something better. Our biltong and droëwors are made with just three simple ingredients: organic grass fed Australian beef, gluten free vinegar, and pantry spices. No preservatives, no added sugar, no nasties - just clean, honest food you can feel good about. Air dried the traditional way (not fast cooked like jerky), our snacks are high in protein, rich in good fats, and completely carb free. We're proud to support regenerative agriculture and sustainable, ethical sourcing, because great food should be good for you and the planet. Based in Canberra, Australia
