Amazing jacket & a speedy delivery from Italy to Scotland. Not cheap but you pay for what you get.

I was replacing a lost jacket and learned zipper is now on other side. I was pleasantly surprised on speed of delivery.

Great product with good quality and style

I’m very happy with both my purchase and the service from Baracuta. Delivery was spot on - my order arrived on the fourth calendar day after I placed it, in the morning, which was a lovely surprise. I bought the G9 Suede and the quality of the jacket is excellent.

My only slight concern is that the ribbed cuffs look as though they might bobble fairly quickly, but even so, the overall quality is superb. I’m completely satisfied with both the jacket and the shopping experience.

The sizing recommendation tool on the website worked brilliantly for me and was very easy to use.

Sizing guide was very helpful and ordering was easy to complete online. And, as always, the product is a classic design and still excellent quality material and construction.

The G9 is a jacket of a solid quality. However, charging 20 € for returning an article from Germany to Italy is a joke. Won‘t order there again, but look for other retailers offering the brand.

Great light jacket, especially now that Spring is coming. The handmade British feel is peak. One thing though the size guide is confusing, definitely go one size up, if you purchase.

The jacket was damaged upon receipt but the return and replacement process was fast and easy.

The Baracuta team is amazing. I had a personal issue that prevented me from returning a jacket I'd purchased for my husband within the return window, and they were gracious enough to provide me with an extension, which allowed me to return it, receive the credit, and then purchase the jacket in the correct size. They were extremely responsive to all of my communications and could not have been more helpful. Not only are their products of superior quality, so is their customer service (which is not something you can say about most companies these days). I highly recommend Baracuta and will be purchasing from them again in the future!
