Still no answer after providing screenshots
After my earlier Trustpilot review, Banqup publicly asked me to send all outstanding issues with screenshots. I did this on 6 May. Eva from Banqup replied that she would contact support so the problems could be fixed.
Today is 19 May. I have received no substantive answer, no update and no solution.
This confirms the problem: Banqup asks for feedback, but does not appear to act on it. For a business-critical e-invoicing application, this level of customer support is unacceptable.
