Very happy with banner order
Third time of ordering from Banner World and have found it simple. Order was delivered in a week, in plenty of time for the event. Good quality banner, no problems with uploading artwork.
Only issue was that there's no notification that the delivery is on it's way, so missed the courier and had to re-arrange.

Hello Rachel, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Lovely to hear that ordering was straightforward and that everything arrived in good time for your event. We do apologise for the missed delivery. The courier had all the information needed to get in touch beforehand, so it's frustrating that they didn't make use of it. We have found that some APC courier franchises are better than others, so apologies again. We look forward to working with you again soon on your next order.

I ordered some customised banners from World Banner and their customer service was one of the best i've experienced as a business owner. We ordered a photo backdrop banner for our end-of-season presentation and couldn't be happier with the experience.
Even though we were a little last-minute with placing our order, the team was incredibly helpful. They proactively reached out to ensure our design and images were of the highest quality before printing, and still managed to get the banner delivered right on time.
