This website is a scam. I have more than 3000€ blocked in my sports betting account. I ordered withdrawal more than one month ago. I sent documentation for the verification more than a week ago, and they have not yet verified the account.

They won't pay out your money for a very long time.
If you want to withdraw it stays under review for 3 working days at least before it's either accepted ( which why wouldn't it be it's your money?) Or rejected. All this time they are hoping you cancel the withdrawal and gamble it all away. Then after it might be accepted you have to wait another 3-5 working days for it to hit your account . So all in all it can be 2 weeks waiting

This company refuses to pay your winnings despite contacting them several times and asking whats going on. They just wait for you to hit that cancel button on your withdrawal. "3 days" processing time my a55. That deadline went already ages ago. Misleading promises, bad odds, and they are refusing to pay your winnings. It's a better option to gamble with your life than with these thieves.

This unexpected and arbitrary rule appears to have been introduced without prior notice, making it seem as though rules are being created ad hoc to avoid fulfilling the promotional promise.

This casino is not good. They leave live chat when you are still talking with them. they will not give you a deposit bonus, ven if they have it on there promotion offer, so yeah Bankonbet is a scam . stay away guys...

Its totally scammer app everytime withdrawal problem when deposited just second deposited but when u withdrawal they have 2 much excuses after 15 dayz they not open site write only your country not allowed this site

Recently won greatly 6000. Was not allowed to withdraw more then 12% 750 at a time. Was told I am a bronze user..yet there is NO indicator of levels on the account or how to upgrade.

It's 3 business days to withdraw anything and they don't do withdraws on weekends at all. Yet they will take deposits immediately at any given time or day.

Do not use this app or website. There are better ones Leocasino or Lukki is my recommendation.

Update: They remove bonuses randomly from your account. They state "it's a system glitch, there is no proof I had the bonus so I just lost it"..if it's a system glitch then it's there error and take no accountability.

Scammers, scammers, I tried to withdraw MY money, after a week of waiting and numerous reminders, they canceled my withdrawal without reason, giving absurd excuses and telling me to make another request. They continue like this and you never see your money again. stay away from this site

this site is horrible save your money and go to another for a couple of reasons.
1) they don't have a restrictions on deposits so if you are a gambler you can loose your house by making lots of deposits.
2) if you get a bonus ( like deposit 150 get 150 added) when you have spent your real cash, they but a expiry on bonus ( which they all do) but normally after expiry you get what you have, they don't they take it away, i had over 600 CAD and it was gone, what is the point of the bonus if there is never a chance to get the actual cash, i may as well play a fake casino game,
3) there games never work have the time
4) live games are limited also.
i do not recommend this site, go to another
also deposit your only allow to take out 750.00 CAD a day.

bankonbet bet stole my 1.5 million kroner refused to close my gambling account or restrict them they threatened me that I would get my last deposit back if I were to close restrict my gambling account I said I had no control over my gambling and that I was now not responsible for gambling.
they said they couldn't help me, I had to have the money without them being able to lock it, so they waited for me to play up the entire winnings.
they refuse you limiter if you notice you can't stop they will do everything to stop you from gambling vipp manager blocked me when i said i want to complain they allowed me to play without helping me when i said i are gambling addicts and stop me so my money was safe they will give you a maximum of NOK 15,000 per day until they wait you have lost all your winnings then you will be threatened that you will only get the last deposit if you say you want to limit yourself.
