お客様は 4 月 30 日にご注文いただきましたが、中国のメーデー連休のため一時的に発送業務を休止しておりました。休暇明けすぐに出荷手配を進めました。
その後航空貨物の厳格な検査が実施され、一度目の貨物が留置となってしまいました。状況を確認次第、計 2 回再発送を行い、商品をお届けするため全力で対応いたしました。
物流・検査関連の予期せぬ事情により長時間お待たせする結果となり、大変心苦しく思っております。今後物流リスクを踏まえ、より安定した配送体制を整えてまいります。
