I have been a loyal and active member of the Banditcamp community for nearly 5 years, having been a user since 2021. Currently, my account is completely locked with a total balance of $1,500.00 trapped inside.

I am writing this review because I have been hit with a "Failed KYC" status that the website claims is "Not Appealable," despite explicit promises from staff to the contrary.

The Situation: My KYC failure was caused by a technical data-entry mismatch regarding my Date of Birth on the Sumsub interface. This was a simple clerical error during the "Almost there!" stage, not an attempt to bypass age restrictions or provide false documentation. I am a legal adult and have successfully passed KYC verification on other high-tier Rust gaming platforms without issue.

The Conflict: While the specific error message suggests there is "no second chance," a staff member named Brandon previously confirmed to me directly that I would be able to redo the KYC at a later date if needed. Specifically, I was told that "ANY BALANCE YOU HAVE WILL BE SAVED" pending this verification.

My Request: I am simply asking Bandit camp to honor the "Agreement to Arbitrate" and the instructions given by their own admin. I need a manual override of the failed status and a fresh Sumsub link to prove my identity and access my funds. I am ready to provide sufficient identification immediately.

Please review my case (Steam ID ending in 8546) and unlock the $1,500 that belongs to me.

Update: Support has now stated that any gameplay using a deposit automatically classifies the entire deposit as “spent,” meaning no portion can ever be considered unspent once play begins. This definition was not clearly disclosed prior to account closure and conflicts with earlier statements that refunds may be issued for unspent balances.

The creators of this website also have a Discord server where they sell Uber Eats discounts. They scammed me out of more than €30 that I paid through a payment link that redirected to this website, and after I disputed it with the bank, they claimed the payments were for products on the website. STAY AWAY, they're a bunch of rats.

Absollutly great service i lost all my things bc of a virus but VINCENT helped me welp he might be the greatest support out there Hope he gets a raise or sum i wish him luck, and dear bandit im asking you to give a raise for VINCENT hes a great dude always ask for him for support he replys fast and does everything good i asked him one question he explained even my next one i didint even say it but he i guess prefired it. They lure you in with wins then it goes dry. Its truly sad to see a site do this when you think its legit. They will respond to this review explaining how I got unlucky but looking through the reviews you will see it is not a one off. I really enjoyed a month or so starting on here but this is not the site you should be playing on. Cool concept but hidden inside is a money hungry owner. Sad to see another site I really enjoyed turn into this... Like I said I will get a review blaming me and getting unlucky, but it is far from the truth. I hope yall see this before deciding to use this site rather than others.

impossible to win after withdrawing. One good withdrawal and my tickets are non-existent with 6+ deposits. Scammers

i got banned for failing kyc i am over 30 years old the admin called vincent and brandon where super rude i hate this site i lost alot of money due to them taking it from me! i will maybe sue

Told customer service I was banned for using multiple accounts after posting that message about using multiple accounts in chat to bait the system. Was immediately banned and told that they have " a system for detecting and catching this and saw I had made multiple accounts. Herbert from customer service even backed this claim up and said he saw that I had done that and said that they have systems to catch all of this, to which i replied that I had made up the whole thing. immediately the narrative switched away from the incident, proving that the "methods" used by the site are in fact made up and go against TOS

Joined to free game and got banned 9,999 years. This is the most dishonest casino out there. They openly say they can influence tickets for zero-sum accounts, called bots. Now think about what kind of fairness check they're talking about.

absolutely nowhere on the site says they take a insane 60% of your withdraws when doing crypto, supports excuse is other websites do it and they follow a similar charge, which is absolutely not true, I have done coin withdrawals with 10% taken on other rust websites, its just an excuse to scam players.

Never gives you your win. Withdrawal issues 95% of time

Its like going to a drug dealer. Its starts u you out winning then promptly proceeds to f#@$ you after about 500 scrap or that was my experience. They brag about blockchain technology providing fair play, but after winning 500 the site took it all back and then some. If you think a strategy or luck will beat AI adjustments you're wrong. Wanna see what I mean? Play minefield madness. If you play in a pattern it will adjust and place mines exactly where you pick on the first or 2nd pick over n over until you're out of scrap. I can pick one mine. Pick the same 4 squares over n over and it will still be a mine. Out of 24 squares you cane hit 1 mine over n over 20 times in a row? That is not fair nor is it random. Completely rigged, avoid this site. Im done wasting money here. The only way u can actually gain anything is play a few times a day. Gain a small amount of scrap and then logoff. The moment u play any game for an extended amount of time itll take all your scrap. 1 scrap = $0.66 from my understanding, so the site rips u off from the get go. To add to the terrible RTP on this site. I see ppl losing their shirt in chat. Id guess rtp on most games are like 53% at best. Horrible gambling site and the owner should be ashamed.

Out of all of "them" Bandit is right up there.Fair system. Just be carefull as always.

its pretty good they take a tax on withdraw I noticed, or at least the skin prices aren't always super accurate but they offer withdraw through crypto as well.
I've wagered around 650$ worth of skins on here. definitely a well known and trusted site and I find this site much more trustworthy than other competitors
