Ordered sandals from them and used PayPal so thought it was legit. Never received the product after waiting a month. Can not contact them. Their email and phone numbers are unresponsive. Do not use this website. I think it is a scam.

I bought two boxes of 12 ProV1 balls which turned out to be counterfeit-cracked in the first round after five holes. Wondered why I was not getting distance until then. Had no reply to my email. Avoid this website!!!

I bought a Halloween costume for my daughter from this site. It did not arrive, I could not track my package, the website is sometimes there and sometimes not and I now cannot find any details on the company (as it simply says cannot connect to the server) to inform my bank if they are in liquidation as they are requesting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a Scotty Cameron Putter grip 3 weeks ago. Not delivered and won't respond to emails. I will contact my bank tomorrow and see if they can cancel their Merchant Services and then they cannot process funds by card payment.
If not successful I will also contact trading standards and see where we go from here. If anyone has company information I am happy to take them through our UK small claims court.

Do not use this company. Ordered a bag for my daughter and have sent the wrong colour. I emailed and they responded with sorry sometimes we get it wrong it’s to costly to return have a good day!!

Wrong colour bag delivered, and now cant contact them to organise return. Reading the reviews it appears it would have to be returned to U.S.A. if you can contact them. Looks like I'm stuck with a bag I don't like.

Fraudulent company. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. No updates to my order. Have emailed several times, no response and website appears to no longer work. AVOID

Any review on this page over 1 star is fake. I also bought pro v1s that never showed up after 4 weeks and the company are uncontactable.

Fraudulent company, placed an order over two weeks ago and had no updates whatsoever. Emailed the company 4 times in the last week and half and still no response. Also the number on the website is not in service. Dodgy company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Have cancelled order but have not had a response from company or a refund. Suspect they sell fake goods looking at reviews and then just ignore all customer contact.

Uncontactable. Ordered a backpack in grey, it arrived in a horrible brown colour. Emailed them to request exchange for the cour I'd ordered but no reply from them. Tried phoning the number on the website but it is an incorrect number. Will never buy from them again as now I'm stuck with a product I didn't want and have lost £36

Ordered backpack for my daughter who loves hearts topper paid £40 . When it arrived it’s obviously fake . Cheap material . Really disappointed

I ordered a bag and was told I would receive the bad in 5 days. I order for a birthday I resent. After 6 days I received an email saying the bag was only just dispatched. I received a tracking number. Hermes tried to deliver whilst I was out, they put a blank card in my door no instructions.

I checked the tracking which is saying left in the shed! I have no shed at the front of my house! Iv written twice to the company and they responded telling me it’s not their problem! Hermes are impossible to contact. Do I have to go down the legal route? I have paid for and expect my item! Or a refund. This has been going on over three weeks!

Have just purchased 12 fake pro V1 golf balls. This company won't answer my emails or calls to the number they provided.
I've reported this issue to Titleist and have made a case with my Credit card company

I bought 2 boxes of Pro V1 golf balls which are fake! I have contacted the manufacturer Titleist so they may consider taking action against them! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

So I ordered the Fuji bags they have on their website - I did this with hope they would be the real thing as that’s what they were portraying it as. When I typed in Google for the bag this website was first to show so I thought that’s got to be a good sign right? Clearly I didn’t do enough research and it turns out the bag they sent me is a fake. £35 for something that doesn’t even replicate well. I am absolutely gutted by this. When I emailed them their response was “ it's your opinion of our product and we respect it. If you believe the product is a replica, please return it to our warehouse, then we will refund your money.

Please be informed that we do not sell counterfeit products here, if you are not satisfied with the product you can send it back.

By the way you should return the product to our USA warehouse. and the buyer should pay the shipping fees as we mentioned in the return policy.” personally I think it’s a pretty defensive response if your first jump is to the fact “it’s your opinion” no good company would say this. Plus to send it back to USA would cost probably twice as much as the bag.

Absolutely disgraceful trust me don’t take a chance, trust the gut instinct on this one, cheaper isn’t always better.
