Quality of customer service changed after receiving my order
I purchased a pair of personalized crocs, which I exchanged Friday m another pair that I had ordered. I was in constant communication with Emily who assisted with the exchange. However, when I received my order I saw that the personalized name was printed over one of the holes cutting the name off. I have reached out to the Banantees support email many times since 1/3/22 and still no response. I even responded back to Emily’s last email to me supplying a picture and explaining the issue, but still no response from her either.
I just don’t understand how you go from responding back within hours to no response within a week of follow-up emails. I was very happy with their customer service until now.
