I think it’s a little ridiculous that the AMS 2 Pro doesn’t come with what you need to use it out of the box. No buffer, no hub, no power adapter for the heater functionality. Had to spend an extra $100 and am still waiting for it to arrive.

BambuLabs makes a phenomenal product
Bambu is the top tier of 3D printers. The customer support, ease of access, and thorough service manuals make Bambu the best printers on the market for hobbyists and pros.
I only fault them one star because they are kinda "Apple-y." BambuSlicer (kick ass program) and MakerWorld (kick ass site) are not friendly towards other brands of printers. That being said, BambuSlicer and MakerWorld ARE open source and can be used by others (as long as you know how to change all the presets)
BambuLabs makes an AMAZING product. They keep makers, like us, engaged while pushing the boundaries of 3D Printing technology. They have an insanely good support structure around their product and they have kickass software.

I have no reply on an order, as far as I can see, I've paid for something that is not being delivered. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care.
I'll stick with creality from now on sorry.
