The printer arrived quick. Easy set up and was printing in no time at all. Have not had the first issue.

I ordered the wrong part but customer service was instantly responsive and the incorrect order was canceled before I could finish typing out my reason!

Everything went just fine.

Support person was not helpful and I couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone directly. Finally purchased and it arrived very damaged. Again couldn’t speak to anyone directly on the phone and the support agent was not helpful. We now have to pack this massive broken box back up, wait for fedex to pick it up and then the company will ship a new one once received. Not a smooth process or acceptable customer service for an almost $3000 purchase.

Good pricing, quick delivery, good customer support when problems appeared.

Ordering was easy and shipment was on time. The printer is very nice. Only issue is: I can't find a record of my purchase anywhere besides my credit card statement. If you emailed me an invoice, I can't find it. Also your website has no "order history" as most on-line sellers have.

The printer came in completely good, but I don’t recommend the SUNLU filament. Let’s just say it’s really crappy with the Bambu Lab A1. And when i got my second batch, (yesterday evening) I realized that I dont have the filament… (I ordered it before the filament!!!!) (oops wrong account!!)

I feel the same way I did when I saw my iPhone for the first time! Everything looks perfect and high-quality, keep it up... - movement is life...!

Ordered for my son’s birthday and the delivery was earlier than expected. He was able to get it all set up and was printing quite quickly. He loved it!

We are now on multiple weeks of this company dicking me around. I was missing the tool kits, the power cord, the 6 pin ams cord, the filament holder, the ptfe tubes, etc. They made me wait over a week to send me a package with two machine screws in it. Then go through the whole process again and wait over a week again to recieve a package with some of the parts. I still cannot even power the unit on.
Repeatedly have asked for a refund and for them to take their piece of shit back and they ignore every instance. Bambu Labs you are a trash company, with the world's worst customer service and worst quality control.

Lots of colours and kinds of filaments to choose snd quick delivery.

This unit is weeks old. Not feeding in stage 1 probably. Tore down and nothing. Stage 1 feeder bad and I get nothing but try this. Tear this apart and inspect. Everything looks good. Should just send out a filament feeder and be done.
