First order was fine. Second order failed to deliver - all links and contact details are not working, web-site not working.

I ordered originally and they delivered, took a while but they were great. I received a free pair of socks that were also great so I ordered more underwear and socks, unfortunately they never arrived. I think they bit off more than they could chew, took orders they couldn’t fore fill and that’s the issue.

Absolute scam. Ordered in June, nothing has ever been delivered and promised a refund over and over with nothing ever being refunded. Stay clear and save your money.

Fraud Site! Stay Away
I placed an order 28 June for delivery within 5-7 days. Money taken on my credit card immediately but 49 days later still no good's, the tracking number provided fails to work despite being advertised as fully tracked. emails are just bounced! RIP off!
CC company are looking into transaction which is great but I’m sure like me you could do without the hassle. Go to M&S

Order placed 12th July, card debited immediately. Since then, nothing but incomplete tracking details, unanswered and bounced emails. Certainly no goods!
Avoid this site and resist temptation of comfy bambu boxers - you won't even get a box, never mind any boxers!

This is a fraud site. Nothing arrives. Then you have the faff of reclaiming from your credit card company.
The website is newly registered in Canada but the fraud is from China.

I ordered Bambufit underwear and socks on 28th June for delivery estimated at 5-7 days. By day 8, they had still not arrived so I needed to go travelling without them. It was disappointing, but i did not hold it against Bambufit as I knew I was cutting it fine ordering them so close to my departure.
A month later I returned and I have still not had delivery of anything. I have tried to contact Bambufit through all their contact routes provided and every email has bounced back. Fortunately I used an Amex credit card for the purchase and Amex has agreed to refund me.
I would avoid ordering anything through Bambufit. At best they are incompetent, and worst they might be fraudulent. I am not sure and no longer care as I have had a refund ( no thanks the them) and will be taking my future business elsewhere

Please be aware of this company. Placed an order with them but then I cancelled shortly after. Been waiting four weeks for any sign of a refund for my cancelled order. Not holding any hope in seeing my money back.
