Totally Professional with Great Customer Service
We changed our internet provider and as a result lost communication with the inverter. Prior to the on site visit the Company communicated with us on a regular basis regarding when they would be able to come. This gave us confidence in their reliability. We were not disappointed and on the day of the visit they were professional and friendly. The problem was quickly fixed and explained. We knew what to do to prevent any future problem.

Had my fuse board changed 2 months ago
Had my fuse board changed 2 months ago, whilst it was being changed my CT clamp broke causing massive problems & causing my solar panels to not work properly as the replacement would not talk to my invert.
Due GivEnergy going under struggled to find anyone interested in helping, finally got passed Alex’s number & suddenly felt like someone wanted to help, after a few chats Alex sorted an engineer to attend my property & fault fixed within an hour.
Alex followed up afterwards & was easily contactable throughout.

Excellent Service
Just wanted to say thanks to Alex for his assistance on sorting out a delicate issue with a Givenergy battery. He visited the site, attempted to remedy the issue, couldn't, so removed it, got it repaired and re-installed it. He also kept the cost keen, which is always helpful!

GivEnergy systems Alex is your man, if he can't fix it nobody can.
Alex is a very knowledgeable and professional GivEnergy battery storage engineer with vast knowledge of the systems. I required new spares for my own system and Alex was able to supply every thing that I required. These will be stored on the shelf at home in case I have a failure in the future and will be able to be swapped out with the help of Alex immediately. This is the best insurance bought and the down time will be very minimal (not days or weeks) and will be back on line within hours. Five Star experience

Alex is a very knowledgeable solar/battery professional. I described my scenario and the statistics I observed. My secondary battery was not collaborating in our system. He travelled to my home to provide a solution to my issue and the system is now functioning the way it used to.

Alex helped out massively today! We had a givenergy inverter that had an update and stopped working, Alex was able to back date the software and re boot the whole system and it’s now up and running! Great support thanks again!
