Speedy delivery and the cheapest lacoste i could find, had an issue with me accidentally ordering the wrong size but returning it was easy peasy. Will definitley be using this website again as ive only just realised i can use klarna too.

Fake Lacoste Paris Polo

I ordered a Lacoste Paris Polo and was sent a fake which looked like the original but was very poor quality in comparison to the genuine article. The security tags/labels were also different to the original and in the inside of the garment with the washing information the labels were again different. Even although I was given a full refund very quickly. I would not buy from this seller again, as I do not trust that they will send genuine goods.

We can re-assure you the goods you recieved are official lacoste garments and supported with paperwork to prove our source of origin. The reason the lacoste polo's in particular are a fair bit cheaper than direct from the manfucature is we have stock of A1 & A2 graded polo shirts from thje lacoste production line, this is how we are able to sell them so cheap. Not happy the product is far too big…

Not happy the product is far too big which is no problem but there is no returns label or address to send them back, so who or where do I return them to ?😠

We apoalgise to hear you are not happy with the sizing of our product.

We had replied to your request to get the product returned but because the "Poor Quality / Faulty (Please Specify)" tab was selected whilst processing the return we emailed to ask what the fault was with the product before pushing it through, this in turn helps us dispute it with the manaufacturer of the product once we have received it back in our possession.

However as you have just mentioned the product is far too big I have manually accepted the return, therefore you should have received a email with our returns slip attacehed. Simply print it, fold the bag inside out, tape it up and despatch it from your local Post Office.

If you haven't recieved the email containing the returns slip please let us know directly at info@bamboujee.co.uk where we will be happy to assist you.

Should of left my clothes at the…

Should of left my clothes at the doorstep not have me messing abart going to the post office.. Poor service one of the neighbours would signed for them.doubt the delivery driver even tried... What do i need to do to retrieve my paracels?

We Apologise to hear you are having trouble collecting your package from our courier service.

You should have received a card left by the driver stating which post office your package was left at. Your tracking number is: PBJG4752782001 and the courier is Parcel Force.

According to the tracking information on Parcel Force's website you were sent an SMS message when the package was despatched, out for delivery, delivery attempted, and when it was available for you to collect from the post office. Unfortunately, due to us not being familiar with your area, we won't be able to inform you on what post office your package has been left at.

However, If you are unable to locate the card left by Parcel Force please contact Parcel Force on 0344 800 4466 and provide them with your tracking number where they will be happy to inform you of the exact location of your package, from experiance it's usually a Royal Mail collection depot most local to you.
