Horible customer service!!

I sent two emails to their "contact us" on their website. One at the end of December 2024 and one the first week of January 2025 with a couple of questions regarding the exchange of three shirts purchased. As of January 27, Spun Bamboo clothing did not even have the courtesy to respond. Horrible customer service.

Do not order from them! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

EDIT: They did end up refunded me for the missing items a few days after writing this review. I'm happy they did the right thing. Overall experience went from a 1/5 to a 2.5/5. Still disappointed how hard it took to get to that point but they did end up helping out so it worked out.

I have never written a bad review in my life until today. I buy bamboo clothing from cariloha all the time but I wanted to give Spun Bamboo a try since they are a smaller business. I recently made an order in the middle of August and I got a 3 pack of boxer shorts, two pairs of sweatpants, a hoodie, a shirt, and a pair of shorts and I've never been more disappointed (90% because of how they're CS handled it) in my life. One of the sweatpants and my 3 pack of boxer shorts were missing from my order so I emailed their customer service asking for help. Fast forward to a week later and I still am waiting for a response so I say forget it... this is terrible customer service because it is literally non existent so I go to their website and fill out the return request and while filling out the reason why I want to return I say because I don't want to support a business with little to no customer service and then about a day later someone finally responds to my email and they claimed that it wasn't seen because it was in their spam folder. I said it's ok at least they finally responded. I told them what I was missing and then about two days later they reply again and they tell me they think it's strange because they have video recording of them packing up my order. Then in another email they told me they'll file a claim with USPS and that it usually takes about a month for that to be resolved and at the end I will be able to get the missing items reshipped or a refund. I genuinely don't know if they are being honest or not. If they really will file a claim, if they really will give my money back, if they really do have video of them packing my order. Overall I'm not getting good vibes from them. I feel like they're just saying all this and in about a month they think I'm going to forget about this. At this point I just want my money back for the missing clothes and I'll be returning the ones I did receive. I can't give money to people I don't trust or feel comfortable with.

TLDR: Don't support a small business unless you know they are 100% trustworthy because they are a small business for a reason. Screw most big companies but at least most of them have good customer service.

PS. Their website is full of fake reviews, I tried to leave a review of my experience with their products and customer service and I don't see it on the products I left my review on... pretty suspicious.

I will update this if I ever do get my money back but I don't have a good feeling about this.
