Had an excellent onboarding experience

Had an excellent onboarding experience as a new partner with Bamboo Card. My manager Mark was fantastic and super responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through every detail during our call and made sure I understood how everything works before we wrapped up. I came in with a long list of questions and left with none. It's rare to see this level of attention and care during onboarding. Really looking forward to working with this team going forward. Highly recommend.
