The product I received from this "company" had installation instructions that looked like they were assembled by grade schooler. As other customers have said here, these installation instructions are essentially useless. Second, the front cross bar brackets had a manufacturing defect that I did not notice before install: metal burrs on the brackets without padding that put deep scratches in the paint on my roof rails down to the metal.
This "company" responded with: "Sorry but damage is about installation. We always advise professional support for installation if you don't have skills to do."
I have installed many roof rack systems in my lifetime and never have I seen Thule, Yakima, RhinoRack, or even cheap Amazon "universal" cross bars cause any damage to a customer's vehicle.
There are very limited options when it comes cross bars for my new vehicle (which is why I had to choose between Bamboli and another off brand directly from China). I would say: if you care about your vehicle or your money, purchase from a reputable company. This person will not take any responsibility if their product causes damage to your vehicle due to poor manufacturing and/or a lack of quality control.
When you're searching for quality parts for your vehicle, be aware that this person also sells these products under the following company names: "Erkul Auto Accessories", "2K Expo" on Ebay, and "Cartechltd" on Etsy. He also leaves himself glowing reviews to inflate his ratings (as you can see from the THREE 5 star reviews left on Google by the owner of Bamboli who shipped me the product).

Package came faster than I thought, product was easy to install, product was 4/5 it looks great and works well, but the plastic cover is a little on the cheaper side of quality, one of the tabs to hold it on broke when installing. Other than that it’s the perfect alternative to the over priced ones out there.

I researched several available products for my vehicle. Based on reviews and apparent quality I chose the BamBoli LTD cross bars for my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan. Sure there are other Big-name brands that are out there but, what impressed me was the efficient German design. Before I made my purchase, I had a chat with a customer service representative. They were professional and thorough with the answers that were provided. What ultimately made me decide to go with Bamboli LTD is that I knew the CSR was being totally honest with me. It gave me faith and trust that I was buying from a reputable company. I would order from them again. Another plus is that my order arrived with very impressive expediency.

Delivery from overseas to Australia was fast, however wrong part number for the W124 hood was delivered. Poor quality, its 100% yoga foam and no hood liner. I can buy better foam WITH heat insulation from a local store for $10 a meter. I paid more than a USD$100 for a yoga matt. The rubber boot stops had plastic moulding going into the screw holes which prevented them from being screwed in. No bolts were supplied. DO NOT BUY from this retailer, as you will be disappointed. The website is far glossier than the product items, save your hard earned money go elsewhere.
