Int'l shipping policy states receipt of delivery within 5-7 business days. After 5 business days without a shipping notification, I reached out to customer service via email requesting a status update - no response. It's been 7 business days and have not received any updates. SLAs (standards and target dates the business establishes and holds itself accountable to) set customer expectations, which in my case have not been met. Simple as that. They may have great products and solid customer service 90% of the time. I wouldn't know.
