I bought the flea and tick repellent collar in February if 2026. Today my husband found a tick crawling up her neck. I started looking for more and discovered she is covered in fleas! I'm outside the window of returns so I wasted $40 and have to get treatment for my dog and have my entire house treated as well.

I had a terrible experience with Baltic Essentials. I purchased two bracelets and both of them broke — the quality is extremely poor and not durable at all. I expected much better based on how they present their products.
What’s even more disappointing is their so-called “lifetime guarantee.” It’s very misleading. Instead of offering a replacement like most customers would reasonably expect, they only provide a coupon for a future purchase — just a small percentage off another sale. That’s not a real guarantee, it’s just a tactic to get you to spend more money.
Overall, this felt greedy and very misleading. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The clasp on my necklace broke. It was about three months old and does not hold up. I have found other reviews where the clasp seems to break easily.

Baltic Amber Teething Necklace was shipped on June 1st. Broke on September 23rd. (Thread pulled out from connector.) The bracelet was not stressed. Normal baby wear and tear. Baltic only offered to sell me another at 60% of original price. Selling me another is really not acceptable. It was expensive in the first place. The item broke after a few months of occasional use. I asked for a full replacement and they never replied. Bad product. Bad customer service. Caveat emptor.

False claims for the dog amber collar, does not repeal fleas. My dog got fleas about one month after purchasing and it supposed to last for 12 months according to the website.Also flimsy, starting to loose pieces of amber. Seller refuse to refund and offered replacement if I pay for shipping.
