This is my Third Baltany watch. These things are amazing and the service from Joe is first class.

Terrible from start to finish I ordered the watch and paid ,after two weeks nothing had arrived,so I got in touch and I was told they were out of stock,and i would have one within five days,two weeks later still nothing,then the item was shipped and I wasted another week waiting for false promises on the delivery.over 5 weeks to get my watch,why did they not just say from the start they were out of stock to save my time and all this

Ordered and paid for a watch with Black Friday discount applied. Four days later Baltany cancelled the order and refunded the money saying "I'm so sorry but the watch you ordered is out of stock, and we may not be able to get any more in". This is fine apart from the fact that the watch in question is still advertised with a lead time of 4 days, so apparently in stock and available. I have a sneaky feeling Baltany didn't want, or indeed need, to honour their Black Friday discount, but never mind there are lots of other watch vendors out there so no great problem. :)

Delivery (from China) took the full 14 days, but the watch exceeds expectations of finish and accuracy.
So far, less than +1 sec after 18 days.

p.s.( i.e. a reply to your reply) You stated it would take 14 days when I ordered it, so I'm not complaining. I'm still delighted with the watch, which I regard as "A lot of watch for the money".

Great service from Baltany UK fast delivery of a great watch

Excellent overall. The watch sizes are true to the originals and not oversized along with accurate vintage style dials and hand colours/designs. The only issue with Baltany I have is some of their watches have Chinese automatic movements which had they been Japanese movements I would certainly have put them on my 'must have' list.

I love the watch, never had an automatic before and I can’t stop staring at it.
However it seems to be gaining time, it’s gaining 3 minutes every 2 weeks.

The automatic military field watch I bought in 2023 would not wind up - it had to be shaken to start and would then stop within minutes if taken off for any reason. The watch was given as a present and the recipient didn't realise this was abnormal, but just stopped
using the watch as inconvenient. After
the guarantee had expired the fault was
recognised when someone with a similar watch saw the faulty one. Although the watch has an
unrecognised production fault Baltany
decline to repair it. Technically they are within their rights - but this is a great way to lose your customers..

I bought a 36mm Explorer homage called a Discoverer about 2 years ago and have worn it much of the time since then. It looked and and felt good quality particularly for the price, initially it was running about -4 seconds a day but that has settled down to about -10 seconds a day, pretty good for what was a sub £200 watch. The leather strap still looks good as does the rest of the watch, I would recommend it.

Like the style of the watch but luminous bits rather weak.
Had to chase for updates on delivery.
Delivered just within the 15 days but no updates were sent.

Choosing which watch to buy was the only difficulty part of the experience. I barely had to wait for it to arrive and as soon as I held the watch I knew Baltany was a good choice. Set to the right time and running so well it had to have been carefully regulated before being sent out. I've already added a 1921 to my wishlist.

Great quality, a nice weight to it, and keeps very good time + 5 seconds a day. The packaging is very high end and gives a great unboxing experience. I highly recommend baltany and I’m sure I’ll be back for another watch as the quality/price ratio is unbeatable.
