Looks like average Christmas tree. Definitely not as shown. I’m not sure if it deserves that much money. My older tree was 30€ and it looked pretty much the same. But the cool thing is that it came with 4 gloves and a bag for storing.

Great website, terrible customer service.
Worst buying experience I've ever had. Details:
22/Nov: Purchase confirmed and payment done
2/Dec: Tracking code shared - delivery expectation (4/Nov)
8/Dec: One of two boxes delivered. No further communication whatsoever
9/Dec: Waited several hours for the callback, then waited 20 min in the line to be able to speak with someone. Was very cordial and promised to send the tracking code for the missing box by the end of the day and initiate a 10% reimbursement.
10/Dec: As no reply received I called again. 30 min waiting in the line to finally speak with someone. Person said they were still waiting for an update from the "warehouse" and that the end of the day would call me to give me the tracking number. No callback
11/Dec: As no reply received called again, waited several minutes to speak with someone. Now the person said she's sending a new package as no answer from the "original" and that I would receive a tracking number soon. To my surprise few hours later they sent me an email requesting me to send the delivered box and they would reimburse me ONLY when they receive the package, but no mention to the importation taxes paid (82 CHF) nor a more professional solution.
A big investment was done for a dream Christmas tree that became a nightmare for my family. Don't fall for the strong brand name, unfortunately they have zero customer respect.

Great name ruined by Balsam Hill De franchise
Californian registered company, trees made in china explains why Balsam Hill Deutschland is having a logistical nightmare right now. I wouldnt buy a Balsam Hill tree from this company and this is why. ordered a tree 3 weeks ago, no tree. first it was lost by UPS. they ordered another one 24 hours delivery, didnt arrive. Called and customer Services said they have better things to do than take my call and asked me not to call and ask for my tree and they would contact me when they know more. No Call back ever. They seem to have someone managing social media reviews ensuring all negative responses are replied too with an automated response. I wish I could post the email chain and communication with Balsam Hill its shocking.
