Love my tabletop tree!

Web site was easy to use and ordering was quick and easy. Even at a busy time my order arrived very quickly and in good shape. My 4.5 tabletop tree is lovely and so quick to set up and I love the fairy lights. A really good experience and have already told others and if next year I decide to go back to taller tree I will go to Balsam Hill!

Balsam Hill Tree and experience

The customer service at Balsam Hill is amazing. Caring, quality service. The tree is absolutely beautiful. We have always gotten a real Balsam Fir tree for Christmas and knew that if we were going to try an artificial tree it had to be Balsam Hill. Best decision we could have made. The tree is so lifelike. It is beautiful. Very happy with this purchase.

Amazing quality and so realistic, worth every penny!

Been looking for a perfect tree for years and I finally gave in and bought a Balsam Hill tree. I love everything about the tree, the only thing I regret is not buying this sooner. It is an investment but it’s so worth every penny. Hoping it will last for years to come.

The quality is really good

The quality is really good. There was almost zero shedding and I was pulling it through the spindles of the banister. The only issues is that it requires a lot of batteries (8 AAs) and it uses so much power they do not last long.

Beautiful living room centerpiece

My christmas tree is exactly as I imagined it! It takes some time to shape the branches but it's totally worth it. The tree looks natural and full. I hope it will last many years as the centerpiece of our living room. One comment I would have would be about the storing bag. The plastic feels fragile. I would've taken a more premium quality bag for a premium quality tree.

Arrived fast and in great shape

Arrived fast and in great shape. I love my tree. I have been a staunch fan of real trees but my condo rules changed and I had to make the switch this year. Glad I went with Balsam Hill.
