Trousers areg

Been trying to contact them for 4 weeks attempting to get a refund of £83.50. Emails are ignored as well as messages sent through Instagram and Facebook. Luckily I have the proof of return by Royal Mail with the date when the return was received by them. Now have no option but to submit a chargeback through my credit card company. That's the first and last time I use Balou!

UPDATE: Re response below from Balou yesterday. I immediately emailed them AGAIN and still nothing. Now submitting details to my credit card company for a chargeback.

I received the order in time, all good. I am not sure about customer service, as the products were perfect and didn't need any support.

Prompt delivery and excellent goods

Very poor customer service. Returned a dress to exchange. No acknowledgement of return or exchange being shipped out. Same has happened with my sister.

Beautiful dress but sizing is completely off. My niece will need 2 sizes smaller.

Very worried I'm not going to get my exchange. We have a wedding next weekend and she has no dress to wear.

I haven’t receive my dress, kitchen utensils were send instead! Unprofessional way of dealing with the situation, seems like SCAM to me! I am asking for refund and they never came back with an answer! More than a week to reply. Stay far away.

Customer service is really disorganised. The person that I was liasing with when it came to organising return labels did not have knowledge when it came to arranging for returns label via non printer barcode.

I ordered a number of pieces from their linen range for my daughter and I and was so impressed by the speed of delivery and the gorgeous quality and designs. It feels so luxe! These are staple pieces I'll be wearing year in, year out! Lots of compliments when we wore them out too! Would highly recommend and will be looking for some more pieces for a wedding we're going to.

I have purchased a few baby outfits as gifts from Balou, they were really loved. I also bought a couple of items for myself too. The quality is great. They wash well and look great on. Very happy with this brand ♥️
