Waiting for third parties to decide when and how they will return our own money is a frustrating and exhausting experience.
I am currently dealing with the redemption of a unit-linked policy and, despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I have not received any concrete response. Each day that passes represents a real financial loss, as well as significant anxiety and stress for me and my family.
This experience highlights how transparency, communication, and promptness are essential in the financial sector — behind every number, there are people and lives affected. I do not recommend!

If you are thinking about choosing this company, look elsewhere.

Not only are they charging way too much compared to their competitors, but they could not care less about you as a customer unless it's concerning money to collect.

I had forgotten to provide my new address to Baloise when changing address a year ago, which resulted in my new car insurance document and invoice getting returned (sent by recommendation letter). Instead of emailing me the documents and making sure I was aware of the problem, they started a tedious process of getting my new address from the government only to send the new invoice multiple months later. Yet that time they only sent the invoice and not the actual insurance paper so I could actually use the insurance I was paying for. Later on they requested money for multiple months of insurance that, again, was never received by me.

There are multiple other modern companies that have better prices, better service and more competent in general. Given the complete lack of competency displayed in renewing an insurance, I am grateful I never had to file a claim with this dishonest company.

Stick to AXA and Foyer, they will at least care about retaining you as a client. Although if you like paying for nothing, Baloise might be your choice.
