Absolute con men running this place. I enquired about an popcorn machine for rent for a single day use they said because it was a Saturday and they don't work past 6pm or on Sundays I would have to pay the weekend rate. They have a cart stand that can also be rented with the popcorn machine which is advertised at an extra €30 they said on enquiry that it is €50. Also they also have under the popcorn machine a delivery section where you select your location in Dublin and it gives you a delivery price based on location, I was having it delivered to Dublin 12, the price was €10 they said on the phone it is €70 for delivery and that the €10 is not for popcorn machine even though it is on the enquiry form for the popcorn machine.

Trust me there are much better services out there that offer the same business and are not trying to con ordinary folks out of there money through there faulty website with false advertisements.

They should be ashamed.

I ordered 2 21st birthday bouquets and numbers which turned out amazing! The staff listened to all the colours I wanted and the balloons were delivered on the exact date I had ordered them for!

Ordered 21st balloons for myself and collected them in The Card Company Crescent. It was super efficient and they turned out great. Staff are super friendly as well!

I recently ordered balloons online to pick up in the store, which was my first time ordering balloons online so I wasn't sure how it will go, suprisingly everything went smoothly. The website is really clear and easy to use. I chose the shop in Crescent Shopping Center to pick up my balloons. I was really happy with the staff over there. They were all so nice and professional. They even offer me a bag to carry balloons in, which was really helpful for my way back to a car. I highly recommend using their website and shop.

I recently ordered balloons from this website, and I was thoroughly impressed! The selection was fantastic, the ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was right on time. The balloons arrived in perfect condition and added the perfect touch to our celebration!

My order was not delivered on the date scheduled. They were being sent for a birthday and arrived the day after. They offered "sincere apologies" but that is small consolation to someone sitting alone on their birthday without any acknowledgement of the day.

PLEASE! For you own good, DO NOT TRUST this company!! They go by SEVERAL different company names (thebigparty.ie, gardengames.ie, balloonparty.ie, etc) , nearly all based in Limerick, and they all have the same phone number and fake addresses.
