Hard to find a working email address for returns. I got several undelivered mail errors before one of the listed addresses finally worked.
The company does not offer free returns – you have to pay for it yourself! So my shoes, which were too small, cost me 400 SEK to send back! That’s half the value of the shoes! Unbelievable!
