Amazing customer service
Customer service is definitely a strong point with Balewink. I had an issue with my shipping address and it was corrected very quickly. Besides that, they have a great selection of products. Would definitely recommend to others. I can easily see myself shopping at Balewink again in the future!

Used Givenchy hoodie
I ordered a Givenchy hoodie from Balewink, and he told me it was brand new. It came in good condition, but smelt like it just came out the wash, which obviously means it was used. I waited a few days to see if the smell would ware off but it’s still there which makes me certain it’s been heavily washed. I messaged him about it and he mentioned that the hoodie was placed in the same room as his washing machine which sounds silly. He has a return policy within 7 days of arrival, as mentioned on his site. I messaged him on the seventh day and he told me it was too late, and which was the last straw as it contradicts his return policy on his website. Now I’m stuck with a used hoodie that won’t even resell.
He offered a 15% discount on further purchases but I’m definitely not coming back anytime soon.
CC seller’s reply: on his website it says refunds need to be discussed within 7 days of order arrival, no where does it mention it ending at the same time of arrival on the seventh day.
Every part of the hoodie smells like detergent. From the hood, to the insides, to the outer part. It’s been heavily washed. To insinuate it’s aftershave or anything else is ridiculous.

To offer some insight into this situation:
The customer reached out to us regarding an item which had sold on a marketplace by asking if we had another in stock or a similar style.
We told him that we would get back to him if we did. As it turns out, the person who bought the hoodie that he wanted decided to return it, as the hoodie was too small for them.
At that point, we reached to the customer and offered the hoodie as they had shown interest. Once it arrived my employee checked that the item was in the same condition as originally sent (Brand new with tags) and the item was left hanging indoors as it had been delivered to my house as opposed to our office.
The customer agreed to purchase the Hoodie and so it was packed and dispatched the following day.
Upon arrival on Sunday at 11:52 (local time) the customer mentioned that they had received the hoodie and were happy with it but had noticed a smell of detergent. We mentioned that it could have been from hanging next to other washing to which they simply aknowledged.
The following Sunday at around 15:30 pm the customer messaged us asking if a refund was possible, to which we said yes but unfortunately it was past the returns period (7days from the time of Delivery).
Their cause for concern: Was the smell when they opened the package and we mentioned that the only other way it had a smell was if the person who originally bought was wearing an aftershave. So we apologised and offered a 15% discount on any other purchase.
We did not try to mislead the customer in any way and simply followed our return guidelines, i'm sorry it did not meet their expectations, as we strive for a stellar service every time.

Sorry I never saw your email as this ended up in our spam folder, I do apologize!
Unfortunately I wasn’t aware this was a fraudulent order and by the time the un-authorised transaction dispute was opened on paypal the article had already been dispatched and was un-retrievable.
Please understand our side however as we saw it as a genuine order and were not aware that it was placed without the cardholder's permission. You should be able to get your money back via PayPal or your card issuer. Whereas we would have lost both the article and the money plus 1-star review for something we didn’t do anything wrong in. Its really damaging to my small business, especially since we’re only starting up now.
I do hope that PayPal or your card issuer can return your money as soon as possible!

This is my first ever order
This is my first ever order. My items was sent out to me almost a few minutes after ordered! The items are exactly as described. Have been wanting to get this t-shirt for a long time but it is a bit too much in the boutique for what I am willing to pay. I am not sure about the authenticity as I am not the expert in this brand but I am pretty happy what I get for this price. Will come back for more purchases.
