Very shocked how this Company work.I bought the shoe and they pack me different shoe in box. I apply for customer service in official site and Laurene from client service advise me to go shop and issue my problem… they don’t care about clients at all.
I also want advice you Ms Laurene just find other job if you don’t have skills to work with customer service.
