Great customer service and makes the whole experiences so pleasant.

This is the first brand i have tried online. After much research balance coffee stood out to me as the flavour variety looked fantastic! It’s clean, organic and mould free coffee without the crashes! Since i switched to this brand i have compared others and the taste and quality just isn’t the same. I have a sensitive gut & this coffee doesn’t irritate it at all, I no longer feel fatigued after my morning coffee and truly enjoy it’s unique flavours! I am now a balance coffee kinda girl! Definitely found the one i trust!

Exceptional customer service.

I ordered coffee in mid June. In mid July I received another Kilo of same that I hadn’t knowingly ordered. When I then checked my e mails I saw references to a subscription. That was first I knew about it. On Sat 17th July I rang their number. It didn’t ring. Subsequently sent at least 2 messages that disappear into the aether and leave no record.
Phoned on following Monday: Voicemail referring me to some info@ location that I couldn’t e mail.
Their communication is one way. Absolute joke and yet the feedback is generally good.
Update: Have since received several e mail apologies and the company has refunded the payment even though I did apparently order a subscription.

Great tasting coffee and great customer service! Super responsive and friendly

I searched online over the weekend for a healthy coffee with no toxins including mold, and came across Balanced Coffee. After looking around the website I was happy to place my order which was actioned immediately.

I recieved my order this morning, and have already enjoyed my first cup, which was better than I could have wished for.

When the time arrives I will certainly be reordering from this company. Really lovely coffee and great personal service too.

This company makes the perfect coffee for people who are looking for clean toxin and mould free coffee. This was the first time I’ve purchased coffee from them and it was a very good experience right from ordering to delivery. Being a coffee lover and starting a low tox health journey a little while ago I was so happy to discover I didn’t have to compromise on coffee. The dark fire energy tastes amazing, the subscription makes sure you have more than enough for a month (mine lasts about 6 weeks with my coffee machine) and the customer service here is second to none.. also the free elixir samples are a really generous touch! Can’t fault you guys thank you so much ☺️

Being a coffee lover and on my own health journey, decided to invest in quality coffee from Balance to start. Only just opened my Stability blend and looking forward to trying their blends to compare soon.

In addition, I love the owner's obsession with the huge health benefit of mushrooms and will be monitoring my Chaga elixir over the next few weeks.

I bought a second batch, this time going for the Stability blend. A really good morning coffee. Not as potent as the darkfire blend but a bit more subtle.

I've been blown away by both the quality of the coffee and the outstanding customer service from this company. The beans are incredibly fresh—you can smell the richness as soon as you open the bag. Every cup is smooth, full of flavor, and clearly roasted with care. You can really taste the difference.

I'm not big fan of real coffee but I thought I will try it....it's DELICIOUS and organic!!! Good price, very fast delivery and smooth communication. Highly recommended.

I usually buy my coffee from USA, but with ? over tariffs, I decided to try the UK market. I have had cancer in the past and have been left with a delicate digestive system. I have a ration of one coffee a day. Balance coffee has not caused me any problems whatsoever. Plus it has a selection of variants to try. I had a few problems with my second order, but the matter was patiently rectified by Christian and his team. Many thanks to Balance coffee for both excellent flavoured coffee and service.

Well I've just ordered my first lot of mushroom coffee - I LOVE my coffee but it can really push my jitters!
The customer service from Balance has been fab. Really quick to respond and not pushy at all. I have been umming and ahhring for a while and they are patient and give me info which is useful, plus they offer great deals to get you going. I chose Balance coffee because they have everything I want, integrity! Which isn't true with many companies so I would recommend to everyone, especially if this is your first time using mushroom coffee.
