I rarely leave reviews but feel like customers should know my experience.in the past few months i have spent over 3000.00 with this company which i realize is not a ton but for me is not a small amount. I recently ordered some consumables on line and then realized I had not received a shipping confirmation. I reached out to them and asked why they had not shipped and they said one item in my order was backordered or not in stock. I asked for them to go ahead and send me the rest of my order. They then replied they would have to charge me shipping because shipping without that item would put me under the free shipping mark. So because of their mistake they want to delay my order and charge me more if i want it quicker. I told them to cancel my order and i would happily pay more money to deal with people or other companies that dont try to nickel and dime customers and care about customer service. I gave them a chance to fix this and they did not care.
