Top-Notch Service – Reliable, Flexible, and Affordable!

I can’t praise this company enough! From the moment I reached out—without even knowing exactly when I’d be free—they were incredibly patient and accommodating. Despite the last-minute nature of my request, they came through and sent their best man, Chikan, who was an absolute legend.

Very professional and responsive during the organising. Jamel was quick, helpful, and everything arrived in one piece. Would recommend and would use again.

Booked and confirmed a Luton Van with 2 men for a 12.00 pick up.
Called them at 12.15 and was told they took another job! and they would call back.
After numerous calls from us they admitted they made a mistake with no solution.
At 15.00 they sent a van with 1 driver which was impractical as our new home was on the third floor and the driver only took the goods to the 1st floor as "had he been told it was on the third floor he would have declined the job" Our parents had to then help lug the furniture.
Their customer service was non existant and communication/resolution poor.
It was not a smooth and stress free experience as stated on their booking/website.

He is amazing person, helped me in emergency crunch situation, provided booking confirmation within 10minutes.

Driver was lovely and helped with the move :)

This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider. I would not recommend these kids to anyone. Save yourself the headache and choose a different company.

i don't normally write reviews but I had to make the time for this company. Absolutely brilliant company, staff are amazingly polite, punctual (which in central London isn't easy) and they are really well organised. Nice clean storage and vehicles. Will definitely be using them again when needed and no hesitation to recommend and give them 5* review.

I needed a mover and this company accommodated the time I needed last minute. The process itself was pleasant and efficient and I would say price is competitive for London. Would hire again

I am extremely satisfied and v happy with Bakkaa vans removals Co. I had been in communication with manager Ismail continously for 5 months and we kept in touch throughout the sale untill the day of removal. Removals team Dorin and friend dealt with a difficulties fron first floor very well.on time. They were courteous and confident. They completed the move and infact went out their way to help with a large item when could not access the house. They took it back without any showing discomfort.

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the removals service I received from Bakaa Vans.
From the moment I contacted Ismail via phone, the whole process was seamless. I moved my flat contents into a storage facility and was worried about how much stuff I had, however Ismail and his co-worker made the move so easy I needn’t have worried.
As a smaller company with fewer reviews, I was initially a little hesitant, but the competitive price Ismail gave me along with his clear communication on text and email convinced me to proceed and I’m so glad that I did.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bakaa Vans.
