Wonderful service and timely response to any questions we have regarding our Vision 2. It has been very easy to keep our machine up and running with the technical assistance of Luke and impressively on the ball communication from Johnson. I really can not speak more highly of the BAI team.

I love my BAI Mirror. I would definitely buy another. It’s a workhorse for the price and I can always get with a representative we I have issues. Once I learned the ins and outs of embroidery it truly is easy to navigate. The 15 needle was my first embroidery machine. I would highly recommend it!

Been having my machine for about 4 years now. Every time i have had a question they have been there to help me. They once were in town at a convention center advertising there machines and they even came to my house to help out with any questions i had.

I was worried I messed up one of my needles and reached out to Leo. He was kind and patient even though my problem fixed itself. He helped me run through my tension to make sure everything was running smoothly just to be sure. He has checked in periodically to make sure things are running smooth and asked if he could do anything to help. Such amazing customer service.

As always, Luke Ren responds very quickly after hours USA time! It’s comforting to know when I run into an issue or have a question (no matter how basic or simple it is), he is extremely helpful and always very polite. It is such a pleasure to have such good customer service no matter the day or night.
During the USA day time hours the Atlanta rep is another great asset.

I've had my machine now for a little over a year and a half. I can honestly say when this company says they will help you when you run into trouble or just have general questions about embroidery they stand behind that 100%. Luke is someone who can zero in on exactly what the issue is and recommend a solution for it. He has done that several times that I've reached out to him for assistance.

I would also like to recognize Alan. I bought my machine through him. From day 1 he has been very supportive as well not only on the spot through chat but also through the many videos he has produced. In my opinion they are very easy to follow and to the point. Based on my experience, I would recommend a BAi embroidery machine to almost anyone, especially to those who don't know anything about them. That was me before I purchased mine.

I have had great experience out of my BAI mirror machine. If I have any problems whatsoever, I have a team that is set up for me and I send a message. They return very quickly and resolve the issues that I have. I would buy this machine again, very very pleased BAi mirror embroidery machine. Great tech support, and after sales service.

This is the most AMAZING machine. ive had a few and this surpassess them ALL!! I bought the BAI Vision v22 and its easy to ise, and customer service and all the techs are amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a BAI, you wont be disappointed. LUKE thankyou for helping fix issues easily.

I've had my bai mirror for a year and a half and absolutely love my machine! Bai's customer service is excellent as well! Any time I have a question or need help, I send them a direct message in the group chat they created for me to contact them! They always answer quickly and help me through whatever questions I have! My bai rep is Luke and he's awesome!
