Ordered an item in September. Item never arrived, after numerous phone calls chasing up the whereabouts of the item only just managed to process a refund. Awful customer service. Do not waste your time buying from this company

BEWARE of this company. They are very unreliable, wont respond to emails, dont call you back and send damaged stock as new items... Like the other reviewer said, order at your own peril. It just shocks me companies exist in 2017 that just ignore their customers and give worst than shoddy service. Their cheap, but you know what you get if you pay peanuts> Lets see if they sort this out ASAP, if not ill letcha all know, but its not looking promising.
Ordered two tins of wood protector (1clear & 1light brown ) on 20/05, prompt delivery on 24/05 but golden brown delivered not the colour as ordered. Informed them immediately by phone and a woman apologised, stating I need not return the incorect item and she would arrange delivery of the ordered item, I asked her to call me with an update - never happened. E-mailed them on 26/05 - no response. Phoned them again on 31/05, spoke to a different woman who could not understand why the problem had not been rectified but she would look into it and ring me back, to her credit she did, stating she had arranged delivery of the correct item which I would receive on 02/06. Delivery on 02/06 arrived - again wrong colour. Rang them again to report wrong item, young chap stated that I cannot have received wrong item as the manufacturer didn't do that colour!!!!!! I had to inform him they do as I was looking at the tin. Checking the manufacturer's website they have discontinued the colour I wanted and now manufacture the alternative supplied but as Bag of Tools were still advertising the colour I wanted on their website that was why I ordered from them. He then stated that he would check with the warehouse as to the availability of my original item and get back to me, I asked if this would be today (Friday) he said "Definitely " but as expected no call back. E-mailed them on Friday asking for a call back Monday morning but again nothing has happened.
