Excellent support and a wonderful team who had created brilliant systems for us

I had wonderful interaction with Bagisto team when I was attending the Laracon 2023. After the event I decided that we are going to explore it and will do something amazing. We have submitted our first module in 3 weeks and partnered with Bagisto. They are offering too many thing like POS, MultiTenant SAAS, PWA, BlockChain Commerce, NFT Marketplace and many more. I am very excited for future journey with them. Thank you Bagisto :)

Nice introductory conversation about the product, very helpful, answered any questions. Very promising

The chat support is very friendly and kindly answers all my questions with ease. The template itself is open source. I found there is a paid service for the customize that is $40 per hour, and after the customization, there is free support for a month. That is a reasonable service. Recommend for everyone.

It seems that Bagisto is the best open-source e-commerce which built in laravel. I have contacted the support agent Saurav for clarification support and they handled it very well with the chat support follow-up system.

I'm an experienced agency owner. I have worked with OpenCart, Magento, CS Cart, Laravel (custom made), Shopify, Woocommerce and more

I thought I'd give Bagisto a go because it was laravel based.

I would compliment Bagisto's support - they are very quick and supportive.

But for Bagisto system itself? It just is a really poorly thought out system in which it was built by developers without any sort of consideration of use-case study of how a real person or company would want to operate their e-commerce store.

The backend system is extremely rigid and is built like a 'form based' system from 2010.

Examples? Attribute management, it is stored in an accordion, and if you have products which contain dozens of attributes, Bagisto will display it all in a huge list, non-alphabetical, so managing of products is a total nightmare if you have a large and detailed inventory.

Simple things such as searching - the search system picks up on whitespace so Bagisto returns 0 results. It's not smart enough to filter out the whitespace.

If I want to search for a product with a specific title, I have to do an exact match or a word match, but never a combination - so wordy products are difficult to find in the admin.

The configurables and options are non-flexible - if I wanted to have a configurable product, it overburdens with with everything and I have to navigate carefully to simply just apply options on a product - why is Bagisto presenting everything?

Overall Bagisto has good intentions but has extremely poor UX in the admin. It'a painful to manage a large store.

It pains me to Webkul developers poor review as they are good module developers and have excellent support, but I don't want to spend months and months going back and forth on support tickets for simple things which should have been addressed in the first instance.

Bagisto needs to rethink its whole approach and improve the UX in its entirety to compete with the likes of other competitors.

Being in eCommerce, my company wanted to have a Multi-tenant Ecommerce platform. Mr Dutta from Webkul Software Pvt Ltd-Noida professionally dived me deep into Bagisto, I recommend to try it out.

Great support system. Inquiries are answered within a few minutes even sometimes less than a min.
They understood very well that what issue user is facing or in what topic user is doing enquiry, and then answers from support team are Crystel clear.
