We started back in 2015 as a hobby and over time this project has year on year become bigger and better in terms of quality in both stock and in how we do things. Love this company!
Placed an order from the Festival Fleeces range, from which there are loads of amazing ones to choose from. Order was followed up with a lovely personal email of thanks. Status of my order was updated and I was kept well informed. Received my fleece very quickly and I am absolutely in love with it! So many complements asking where I got it from, of course sent them to the site! So great to be able to get original vintage pieces at great prices and having something not off the high street and receive such lovely customer service at the same time! Also happy to be part of up-cycling and buying from a small business! Will be back for more, thank you!

The insides of the pockets were filthy. Almost like the jumper hadn't been properly cleaned. Full of grass, mud and general muck.

Stains and bad customer service
I bought a sweatshirt which had 2 stains that werent mentioned. When I asked for a refund they made it seem like I was at fault and wanted me to pay the return cost as well as taking the initial postage cost off the returned amount. They take a minimum of 3 days to reply to your emails. Definitely pay attention to the measurements as well as the recommended sizes are all over the place

Hi Peter, sorry about this issue. We are slightly shorted staffed due to the Covid crisis currently.
The measurements are in place to give customers the exact sizing of the clothes regardless of the label size as these change over the years and as different brands have different sizing dimensions.
In our returns policy, it does state that the order subject to free shipping will have the posting fee deducted in returns costs.

We state our clothes are not necessarily what the label size says due to the age of the item and as different companies have their own sizing dimensions.
