Hi there, can you email us on baggyboysteam@gmail.com so we can resolve this issue. In the future if there are any problems with any orders you can find that email on our returns page.
All items are at least 20 years old so there are some signs of wear, however all major flaws will be detailed. If this was the case and you weren't satisfied you would email us and we could offer your a refund for which item it was, rather than just leave a 1 star review.

I Ordered a vintage jacket which arrived with the cuff completely ripped (no mention of this on description). Tried to get a return label which took two weeks, sent item back and got confirmation from the delivery company that it had been delivered on 21st January - still no refund! They have not responded to my email asking about this.
The service from this company is appalling and contravenes the online selling regulations- DISGUSTED!!!!

Hi Nicki, as you placed the order through Asos Marketplace the refund is processed through their system, we have no idea why it has not gone through and we have answered both your emails and chats through the Asos messaging system. We have tried to refund you multiple times and still the outcome is the same.
We have emailed you asking for your PayPal to send the refund direct which we are still waiting for you to reply to. Once you reply we can send the refund direct. We have no idea why it wouldn't process through the Asos system.

Good delivery, could smell that clothes were freshly cleaned before delivery

Edited: original rating was 4 stars, but delivery isn’t the fault of Baggy Boys, but rather Royal Mail strikes - Baggy Boys has done everything right 🙂

Hi Andrew, this is a very unfair review. We have replied to your emails asking you to send us a picture of the wrong item we have sent, and you have replied with the a screen shot of the item you have purchased off the website, not what you have been sent, on both occasions of us asking you.
Again, we need you to send us a picture of the incorrect item we have sent out so we can correct it.

i ordered a jacket a couple weeks ago and i was not given any tracking whatsoever. it says it will take 3-8 business days but it’s been way longer than that. i figured since it is a UK based company and i live in the US it might take a while but i haven’t been given a single update since i ordered it. i was never even given a tracking number so i have no clue where it is.
i emailed them about three times and even though it says they’ll get back to you within 24 hours, it’s been over 72 and i’m getting pretty pissed tf off.
seems to be a little concerning that multiple people have written about not receiving what they ordered. a brother just wants his package or at the very least an update on the whereabouts of my order.

Poor communication. Missing an item that I was failed to be contacted about upon postage, of which I have not received a refund for. It has been 20 days and I have had emails ignored despite and initial promise of an ‘asap’ refund.

item not received
literally hate giving bad reviews, so should let u know the clothes that are being sold are so good and for a really affordable price, so that should be noted. however, its been almost a month since i placed my order and it stated it was meant to arrive in 3-5 days. ive emailed someone and they asked me for my order number etc which i replied to and since then i have not had a single reply. so annoying as i really wanted to put a good review but obviously i cant bc ive paid money for an item i havent even received and no one us contacting me back ab it

Hi Hivinda, we have responded to your email. As in the email response we mentioned that because the tracked option wasn't chosen there was no tracking number to give.
We also mentioned that if the item has not been delivered then you will need to try your local Royal Mail depot to see if it is there. As we send everything signed for, there needs to be someone in to receive it of it goes back to the Roy Mail depot, once it leave our depot it is hard for us to actually mkae sure it gets to you as in in the hands of the couriers (Royal Mail).
May I also add there has been numerous Royal Mail strikes recently which is slowing down there normally fast service. All of these things are unfortunate and we try our best to make sure they don't happen, we hope you have now got your order.

Hi Kirsty, sorry to hear you are not happy with the quality of your order. Our sizing does not work on a label basis due to the age of our products and the variety of brands we sell, each of has their own sizing. We work on a physical dimensions basis in which we measure the clothes and put our recommended size in the description as well as the the label size. The physical measurements are on there and we suggest in our FAQ's that you make sure those measurements suit the person the item is intended for.

We are sorry your order has not yet arrived, however it was sent a day after you placed it, once it's been dispatched it's difficult to make sure it gets to you in the allotted time as its in the hand of our couriers. This is a very rare occasion, but these things do happen.
