In data 11/06/24 ho acquistato una valigia di marca Redolz di colore nero ed una borsa portabiti. Pur non conoscendo il sito, mi sono fidato considerato che il sito Internet si presentava in maniera seria. Tutto bene fino alla consegna del prodotto, dove ho ricevuto la sorpresa. Il pacco conteneva un prodotto diverso da quello che avevo ordinato sia per marca, modello che per colore. Come se non bastasse l’altro prodotto acquistato non era nemmeno presente. Mi sono, perciò, ritrovato ad avere un prodotto completamente erroneo e un prodotto non consegnato.
Alla richiesta di spiegazioni alla casella mail non ho ricevuto minimo riscontro.
Vi consiglio vivamente di non acquistare su questo sito e di preferire altri canali, per evitare episodi sgradevoli come il mio.

On 11/06/24, I purchased a luggage by the brand Redolz, in black, as well as an additional suit bag. Although I was not familiar with the website, I trusted it because it appeared to be reputable. Everything was fine until the delivery of the product, when I had the surprise. The package contained a product different from what I had ordered in terms of brand, model, and color. As if that wasn't enough, the other product I had purchased was not even included. Thus, I ended up with a completely wrong product and a product that was not delivered at all.

When I requested an explanation via mail, I did not receive any response.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this site and recommend using other channels to avoid unpleasant experiences like mine.
