Have used these twice now, and what a fantastic idea! I find it difficult to drop off at charity shops and this service is a no brainer. You get to choose your pick up date from a selection and also the charity you want to donate too. Absolutely brilliant

Reliable charity collection service
Quite simple really. You book a collection for a given day and get a notification of the time slot. You can track as it gets near the collection. Have used a few times and they have always been very reliable.

Really easy - I was given a time slot on the day I’d picked, and they turned up and took the bags from the doorstep. Was on time and they were there and gone in a minute. Very happy, would use again.

Everything I needed to know…
Everything I needed to know was on the website. I booked the most convenient collection day for me. The van arrived as expected & I left the bags on my drive so didn't really need to be at home. It's good to know unwanted item proceeds will go to a very good cause.
