I love the jacket however it is too big. It has been easy so far to talk to somebody on the chat and I am expecting an email in the next 4 to 12 hours.

The product matches the description. I am anxious to out the hooded fleece liner and rain jacket its first challenge in the Pocono Mountains next winter. In the meantime, I will be wearing the jacket during the wet weather.

I am still waiting on my raincoat but I did receive the coat. I really like it. Soft, warm, comfortable. I haven’t used it yet but I know from trying it on it’s going to be perfect.

Just received jackets and love them so far, fit well, look great and was easy online to order. I'll be going to Iceland in a few months and will definitely be giving them a workout. Otherwise , here in NYS, won't be using them till next winter, I hope, haha. Thanks

Your products are the best--very warm, water repellent and durable. I love the zip on rain jacket--so easy to use and fully water proof.

The only problem is that it takes weeks to receive the order--I have waited a month plus for orders. But if you plan ahead, the products are worth the wait!

The jacket that I received is of great quality. Looks and fits well. Plenty of pocket space. Strong zippers. Solid construction overall. Took forever to ship but I guess that's because they're so popular and were on back order. I knew about the shipping delay at the time of purchase, so no complaints there. Overall, I'm very pleased with the transaction and the product!

Love the product and team member service but frustrated with website. I ordered two times and the site keeps offering additional products at a discount but both times my third selection wasn’t added to my purchase. The first time I dealt with customer service and she was great. Even had an order number but it wasn’t billed and therefore no product received. Then second order I didn’t check but it appears to be the same situation. I would like the extra item I ordered but I won’t order again as it would have been discounted and it will not be once I start a new order, disappointed.

Quality is amazing love the waterproof pockets and the hood is great on those hot days when the sun is just radiating down on you. Helps to not get sunburnt. Also great lightweight hoodie for the gym.

Product is great so far! The website can be confusing. When you look for a jacket or sweatshirt, the same item is shown many times in each color which makes it confusing. It would be easier for customers if you showed only the main items and let the customer see the colors when they click on the item they are looking for.

The items I ordered were as advertised.. they appear to be high quality and should be very warm this winter.. I like the additional pockets for tactical storage of items being a retired police officer.. the prompt service and as is items delivered was a plus..
