Such a great studio. The have a ceiling mounted lighting system on sliding rails which speeds up changing lighting setups so much easier. Lovely rotolight lights too. Great people managing this place. My highest regards.

Highly recommended. The lighting rig alone is enough to net it 5 stars. Also, the management are helpful and kind. Great place indeed, can't recommend this studio highly enough!

This is hands down my favourite studio with everything you could possibly need. As a makeup artist, this is a dream set up with its own green room, perfect light and space. I especially love that this is an eco studio using renewable energy. The interiors are mostly upcycled materials and the kitchen is stunning which is made from recycled plastic. I look forward to working there again.

Really great space, has everything you could possibly need for a shoot, reasonably priced and eco friendly to boot. And lovely people running it! Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our overall experience with the studio. Firstly the communication aspect of everything was great. Hannah and Kai were really responsive and helped us make sense of the lighting requirements, parking and other aspects of the booking process. On the day, we had a warm welcome and had the opportunity to walk around the space to ask any questions before we began shooting.

The studio itself is a really cool self-contained space that had all the equipment we needed and the lighting rig was super easy to use. The parking spaces are such a win, knowing the car is right out made loading so much easy.

Post shoot, we had a quick walk around to ensure everything was in order. The process was quick and really chill.

Overall, a great relaxed and unpressured experience. Our crew and models all enjoyed the shoot and had nothing but good things to say.

I would highly recommend contacting Bad Star if you are looking for a studio.

Great little studio, slightly off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Very helpful and plenty of kit for commercial, editorial work.
