BADR MB TRACKSUIT

I recently bought a BADR MB JOGGER OUTFIT. I am very much pleased with the quality, design and fit of the outfit. Love the deep pockets in the pants too.

Excellent delivery let down by item shape

Had issue with sizing but returned and new size sent no problem. The only issue is with the shoulders of both items I purchased, they stick up where the arms join the body, looks very strange and unappealing. Even after washing and ironing.

Hi Seun,

Very sorry for the experience you had but unfortunately stocking errors can sometimes happen and we will always do our best to solve this for the customer as soon as we possibly can. We tried to call you (the phone number you had input into the order was an incorrect number) and email you to rectify this, offering you to swap for another tracksuit or we could have issued a refund straight away if you preferred. We gave a 5 day deadline for you to reply/answer back to us and if you didn’t get back to us in that time then we will issue you with a refund so we didn’t hold on to your money for too long. You didn’t get back in touch with us until we issued the refund 5 days later asking why we issued the refund, so we then explained the issue to yourself again. You requested if the specific tracksuit was in stock in any independent stores which we replied with the closest stores to yourself which could have the tracksuit still in stock.

Again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused on this stocking error and we have tried to get in touch with you again by email to help you further in this matter but we are still getting no response. If you could please reply to our emails we will do our best to help come to a solution.
