Incomplete descriptions of articles. Items missing.
I bought a toilet sink from the website. All the pictures showing sink with furniture and tap. Once i received the order, the tap was not included. When I claim to the customer service they say it is a set without tap, that needs to be bought separately. In the description this is NOT indicated anywhere.

It is unfortunate to read that you are not satisfied with your order.
However, what you describe is not quite correct.
The product page clearly describes:
Sinta vanity unit consisting of base cabinet and black basin.
Nowhere is it described that the tap does come with it.
All pictures on our website are depicted with basin tap because we think it is important to make the pictures complete and attractive (without the tap this is not the case).
Moreover, the same web page lists the products recommended with this product (a tap and a siphon).

Giving 2 stars because cabinet itself is pretty nice.
Badplaats came back to me immediately asking what was wrong, took my advice and even offered 15€ compensation.
Good to know that they care and want to improve - change from 2 to 3 stars for that :)
