False marketing

False marketing. I bought and paid for 2 Grohe shower hard sets. Then I was informed that the sets are not available. I checked the website again and the shower head sets were still available but at 4x the price I paid. So I told them that the sets are still available. Badkamerwinkel said that what I bought are outlet items which are sold out. I said the same product is the same product is the same product. Badkamerwinkel refused to honour the transaction. It's false marketing to lure you in with lower prices and then to say that the product is not available while they do still have the product in stock.

"In stock" means 6 weeks waiting

Ordered a product that was "In stock".
Received an email that said it would have been delivered in 2 days.

I wait at the house for the delivery, I call them to ask confirmation on the time.
They say: no, it is not in stock. It will be in stock in 6 weeks.

This says all. They did not notify me, they report things in stock just to attract buyers and then they completely ignore you.

Avoid this store. Terrible customer service and management.

Very very bad

After a lot of discussion for cancelling my order , Employee said that it is not possible to cancel before delivery , you can return after delivery, when I returned without opening this product , I got email that product is broken so they can not return mymoney

We have contacted our logistics for this and did our very best, but couldn't cancel your order anymore. We advised you to return the product by transport or to bring the product by one of our stores to prevent that we would receive the product damaged. You have chosen to return the product by delivery service and unfortunate we received the product broken. We are sorry for this situation.

Bathroom furniture

I was trying to buy a bathroom furniture for unusual measures and found this store in google. I bought the furniture on Thursday and on Monday (as I scheduled it) was at my home. They even call me before delivering the package to know if there was someone to receive the package. The quality of the furniture looks great and easy to install.

Simply unbelievable so called "customer…

Simply unbelievable so called "customer service". You ask questions on livechat about their products, the "agent" is not capable to answer anything regarding simple technical things of the product. Furthermore when you leave them "unhappy face" for chat feedback, they block you from accessing their website. Hilarious! Never experienced something like this in my life :D

The company refuses to take back a…

The company refuses to take back a damaged product and claim that more than 30 days passed. Product delivered 1 July 2022 and the damage notified 29 July 2022. They replied mail 1 week later and say more than 30 days passed. YOU GUYS ARE CHEAP!!! I will now buy the same product from another company. Take my 100 EURO with you and enjoy now!

It was super easy to choose and buy…

It was super easy to choose and buy everything I need with the great consultants. They were super responsive and I loved shopping in this shop. Also the shop has a huge variety of taps, sinks and everything you need for your house.

Super modern Badkamerwinkel

Badkamerwinkel claims that you can track your order from their website easily and they give an indicative delivery date for your purchase. The reality is however, the deliveries are later than indicated, which can happen from time to time ,but at least if you are informed and can have an update on the real delivery date, you can manage your project and arrange the rest. Badkamerwinkel doesn't care or is capable of giving a real delivery date and takes the easy route to blame its own suppliers for late deliveries. They cannot even manage to update their website with the changing delivery dates to keep their customers up to date.

They don't accept returns

I ordered 6 items from them and they sent 2 of them wrong. I contacted for replacement but they asked me to send pictures of the box and items, which I did.

In the end, they said I have to wait for manufacturer report. As of today, it is more than a week and I am still waiting for a report.

I wish I read all the real reviews about them and never ordered anything. It is a company set up for scamming people without any good intention of doing reliable online business.

Edit: This is day 14th. Despite countless emails and phone calls, we still couldn't manage to return the product. They keep saying (as you see below) email us, we will help but all is just PR. They probably pay a lot to google so my review there is not shown.

Delusionary

They promise to deliver the next day, then don’t without informing me and then try to make me pay return shipping as I let them know I no longer need my order, despite it not even being shipped yet.
