I have ordered badges over the past couple of years from BadgeFreaks with no problems. I think something must have happened to the owner in the last few months (even before the current situation) as the website still has its closed for Christmas message showing.
Prior to this I always had good experiences; lovely badges, great quality, friendly and helpful service and badges arrived within a time frame I would expect when shipping from America.
I'm not sure what has happened recently but was really shocked to see the negative reviews. Once they are back up and running I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Forget them .Maybe started off with good intentions but obviously no idea of what it takes to run a business , So many disappointed customers ... where did their money go to? the financial info on Companies House implies no financial acumen however that doesn't preclude them answering emails/apologising or being more business like

Ordered goods 24th November, no goods received to date but invoice says shipped. No phone number and they do not reply to emails. No a good way to run a company, perhaps its a scam just after your money. Tell everybody not to use this company.

Do not use this company. Never received my badges and they WILL NOT communicate! There are alot of queries on their page, I'm definitely not alone. Obviously they are just not filling orders and refuse to let you know what's going on!

Terrible service! ordered badges in May still not received! They do not reply to my emails and do not publish a phone number! When I tried to follow the link to my invoice it said the page was as no longer available!

My daughter has ordered badges from here. Says they were shipped weeks ago. Not received. No answers to emails or Facebook messages. No phone number available. Steer clear!

Ordered goods which website say order is fulfilled. Still waiting six weeks later. No reply to emails, Facebook posts or messenger. Won't buy from them again. Awful service !!!

Badgefreaks came up on my news feed today.

Do not order with this disappointing company - it took a term and a half for delivery of badges and in the meantime there was no response to email, Facebook or forum chasers. Eventually I got a series of excuses that changed week to week and the badges we ordered at Easter had to be given out after the summer holidays in September. Ended up having to post some to girls who'd left at the end of the year.

They are really badly organised, have poor communication and based on my experience, others I know and the constant stream of people on Facebook chasing orders almost weekly I would not go near them

Orders regularly delayed, poor communication, deadlines missed, promises broken. Even pre-orders don't arrive by deadline. Their excuses soon wear thin . . .

This total shower of a company never responds to emails, has burned through every excuse in the book, sends out wrong and missing orders, and delivers weeks, sometimes months, late. They simply cannot be relied on for any order no matter how small or core stock it may seem to be.
