The sofa is very nice
The sofa is very nice and I’m happy I chose it. Delivery time said 3/5 weeks when I ordered it, it actually took 5 weeks and a half, which is a bit late but respectable. Packing was perfect, sofa was very easy to set up. I recommend.

What a terrible customer service so…
What a terrible customer service so far! I ordered a day bed in January with the limit of delivery date to mid-May (which is long enough!). The date approached and I heard nothing from the shop, not a single email. I then called and got the news that it was delayed a few weeks. Disappointing, but I understood. The new date then approached and no contact from the shop. I emailed, they then informed that the daybed would be delivered in the END of JUNE. More than 1 month delay for a product I bought in January, and they didn’t even apologize. The third new date now approaches (it’s next week) and guess what…I heard nothing from them. I’m starting to lose hope. Think twice if you decide to buy something from them.
(update from 19 of June): SURPRISE SURPRISE. OF COURSE I HAD TO CALL THEM BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ANSWER MY LAST EMAIL. NOW THE DELIVERY DATE IS WEEK 29. THIS IS AFTER JULY 19th. I BOUGHT THE PRODUT ON JANUARY 31. TERRIBLE!!!! STILL NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING.
