Although this adaptor is made to fit Ryobi tools, I used one to fit onto a Performance Power circular saw, and then fit a DeWalt battery. The two locating lugs didn't click into the performance power... See more

Purchased the Bosch Pro to Ryobi…

Purchased the Bosch Pro to Ryobi adaptor.

It works perfectly so far, having used it over 10 times on a Ryobi brush cutter I purchased. The adaptor arrive within 3 days. All in all a great purchase.

Simple, effective and practical

As a confirmed Makita user I am well set up with the 18V LXT system. Unfortunately Makita do not do a patio joint cleaner. After much deliberation I reluctantly branched out into Ryobi. The unit was supplied with a small 2ah battery.
I then saw a Facebook advert for Badaptor and found the LXT to Ryobi adapter. A couple of days later it arrived and fitted perfectly.
It is a simple part for the money but seems robust and well made.
So a very happy customer and my Ryobi kit now has all the power it needs.

The adapter works great

The adapter works great. Using my Bosch Pro 5ah batteries in my Ryobi weed whacker. Gives lots of power! I did however, end up paying 50% more due to customs. I kind of forgot UK is not part of EU anymore... So to be more cost effective, try source an adapter from somewhere within the EU.
