SCAMMERS!!! They scammed me twice in a row. I trusted them because they are a Certified B Corporation, but that turned out to be meaningless. There was a bug in their support platform, and they closed my ticket without issuing a refund, even though I was eligible. The ticket remained closed for months, and due to a platform error I couldn’t contact them again. When I finally reached out, they told me I was no longer eligible for a refund.

I ordered a phone on 2november 7 November still not been shipped screenshot sent to blackmarket they said sorry they might have shipped or not had any in stock would you like to wait for outcome or refund I asked for refund as I needed a phone ASAP couldn't keep waiting the 25 today they said it your loss so I'm down 400 plus I've had to buy another phone stay clear

Avoid Back Market
I bought a phone that became blocked shortly after the purchase due to a Samsung Knox lock. Back Market accused me of “fraudulent activity” without any proof and refused to unlock the device or offer a refund. My account was blocked and customer service completely ignored me.
Now I’m stuck with a paid phone I can’t use. Extremely unprofessional.

Bought a samsung s21
Bought a samsung s21, premium condition (the best you can buy on their scale). After one month (1 month, you read correctly) the selfie camera starts bugging, they won't rembourse the reparations, i should send the phone to them in France (I live in italy) for them to repair it. Also, since I'm not in France I would have to pay for the phone's transportation.
Also, it's registered in the US, which further complicates the reparations even if I wanted to pay for it on my own. I hadn't been told that.
